Window Cleaner & Christmas Light Installer (Leadership Track)
Window Wonders · North Shore · [Part time / Full-time]

This isn’t a seasonal gig. It’s your way in.

Window Wonders started as two 19-year-olds with a ladder and a bucket. Four years later we’ve completed over 1,100 jobs, employed more than 20 young people, and kept a 5-star Google rating the whole way. One of our co-owners started as a window cleaner, and that’s exactly the kind of story we built this company to create.

This winter we’re running year-round for the first time, and we’re looking for a few people who want to grow with us. Our winter crew are first in line for Crew Lead and Manager roles next summer, when we’ll be running multiple crews across the North Shore and Vancouver. If you want to lead a team, run a territory, or learn how a real business works from the inside, this is where it starts.

What you’ll do

- Clean interior and exterior windows, screens and frames using our purified-water, water-fed pole system and mop & squeegee methods
- Install and take down Christmas light displays for residential clients, safely and with care
- Be the face of the brand: confirm what the client wants before starting, and make sure they’re thrilled before you leave
- Manage your jobs, updates and invoicing in Jobber
- Look after your equipment and follow our safety protocols on ladders and rooftops
- Bring ideas. If you see a better way to do something,

we want to hear it

What we bring

- $20/hour starting, with raises tied to performance and commission incentives
- Full hands-on training, including one-on-one time with a co-owner. No experience needed
- A real path: winter crew → Crew Lead → Summer Manager, and for the right person, running your own territory
- Mentorship from founders who have built this from scratch, and exposure to sales, operations, marketing and scheduling
- A chance to pick a skill you want to build, like marketing, sales or leadership, and take on a project in it
- A student-run team that actually has fun: socials, team events, and the summer trips you’ll get to help plan

Who we’re looking for

- Hard-working, reliable, and proud of doing things properly
- Comfortable working outdoors in winter weather and on ladders
- Friendly and confident talking to customers
- Curious about leadership or business, and wanting more than just a paycheque
- Driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred
- School-oriented (Recent Grad from school / has intent to go to school) {Not Required, but Preferred}
