- The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support the delivery of enterprise solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.




- Engage with business stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and process flows.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with development, testing, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support UAT activities, defect tracking, and solution validation.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
