Job Title: Content Editor

Location:
Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 1 day onsite, Wednesday) Duration: 6 Months (Extension possible)

Responsibilities:

- Create, edit, and proofread digital marketing content for websites, emails, online advertisements, and other digital channels.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, editorial standards, and voice and tone.
- Apply SEO and accessibility best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, translators, and marketing stakeholders.
- Manage multiple content initiatives while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Present editorial recommendations and incorporate stakeholder feedback. Must-Have

Requirements:

- 5–10 years of professional writing and editing experience.
- Strong digital marketing content experience.
- Previous experience in a corporate workplace or large institution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, proofreading, and editing abilities.
- Ability to collaborate confidently with cross-functional teams.
