Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications and services using Blazor, C#/.
NET, and Python.
• Enhance and scale our automation platform to support diverse workloads, use cases, and engineering teams.
• Design solutions with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, maintainability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders across teams to understand requirements and solve complex automation and engineering challenges.
• Contribute to architecture, design reviews, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
• Develop and integrate APIs, backend services, and data solutions that support automation workflows.
• Create clear technical documentation and provide training and knowledge sharing for internal engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve developer productivity, platform usability, and operational efficiency through automation. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably as a Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.
NET, Blazor/WebAssembly, and Python.
• Experience designing and developing modern, scalable web applications and REST APIs.




• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience with relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server, and ORM frameworks.
• Working knowledge of modern cloud architecture and Azure services.
• Working experience with Docker, containerized applications, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented design, design patterns, testing, and maintainable code practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to quality and detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering teams. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience developing large-scale engineering or automation platforms.
• Experience with silicon validation, hardware automation, or power/performance analysis.
• Experience building automation frameworks or integrating software with lab infrastructure, hardware, or test environments.
• Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting of distributed applications.
• Experience working in a cross-functional or geographically distributed engineering workplace. Must Have: C# .
NET w/Blazor Plus: Semiconductor industry with post silicon validation. Plus: Automation experience
