In person at Noir Hamilton Noir Hamilton is looking for reliable, motivated people to join our Front of House team as Support Staff. You’ll help keep service running smoothly, from welcoming guests and running food to resetting tables and supporting the bar. Your responsibilities will shift throughout the evening, so being observant, adaptable and ready to jump in is essential. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in the details, enjoys working with a team and understands how thoughtful service shapes a guest’s experience. What You’ll Do Hosting
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and seating through OpenTable.
- Communicate table availability and guest requests with the service team.
- Complete opening, closing and side duties. Food Running
- Learn the floor plan, table numbers and seating positions.
- Deliver dishes carefully and efficiently to the correct guests.
- Know the menu, including key ingredients and how each dish is prepared.
- Present dishes clearly and confidently at the table. Expo
- Keep communication explicit between the kitchen and service team.
- Check dishes for presentation, accuracy and completeness before they leave the kitchen.
- Organize food pickups and coordinate runners to keep service moving.
- Stay focused and composed during busy periods. Bussing and Dining Room Support

clean and reset tables promptly and carefully.
- Polish glassware and cutlery, replenish service stations and maintain a tidy dining room.
- Anticipate what servers and guests need throughout service.
- Help with transitions between seatings and end-of-night duties. Bar Support
- Keep bartenders supplied with ice, clean glassware, beverages and other essentials.
- Restock products and supplies throughout the evening.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Assist with bar opening and closing duties as needed. What You’ll Bring
- At least one year of restaurant, hospitality or customer service experience.
- Valid Smart Serve certification.
- Availability Thursday through Sunday, including evenings and weekends.
- The ability to stay active and on your feet throughout a shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Clear communication and a team-focused attitude.
- Strong attention to detail, organization and time management.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- A calm, attentive approach during busy service.
