Job Summary As a Server, welcome guests, take orders, and provide attentive service in a food-service setting. Coordinate with colleagues to keep service organized and help guests enjoy a smooth dining experience. Responsibilities
- Greet guests, explain menu options, answer questions, and take accurate orders using a POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, check in with guests, and address requests with courtesy.
- Process payments, handle cash accurately, and use upselling where appropriate to support guest choices.
- Follow food safety and sanitation practices, keep service areas clean, and coordinate with kitchen staff. Qualifications Required: Transparent customer service and communication, time management, basic math, accurate POS use, cash handling,



and safe food handling are practical capabilities for serving guests and processing orders. Preferred: Food service, serving, restaurant, hospitality, cashiering, kitchen, food preparation, or guest services experience; familiarity with Micros POS, food safety, sanitation, and appropriate upselling is an advantage.
