- Repair and replace damaged vehicle body panels using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
- Perform frame straightening, dent removal, and structural repairs with precision
- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces
- Use diagnostic tools to assess damage and determine necessary repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to complete repairs within designated timeframes
- Follow manufacturer specifications and safety protocols during all repair processes Qualifications




- Proven dealership experience or extensive automotive repair background preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and repair techniques
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as required by repair tasks
- Experience with automotive refinishing, sanding, masking, and painting processes
- Mechanic experience is highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
