In person at both Maple and Vaughan locations Are you great at sales and helping customers find their perfect pair of glasses? Eye Optical is looking for a friendly, confident, sales-driven Frame Stylist / Optical Sales Associate. We want someone who can build customer relationships, recommend eyewear confidently, turn enquiries into purchases, and achieve sales targets while providing excellent service. What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and understand their style, needs, and budget.
- Help customers choose designer frames, sunglasses, smart glasses, and safety eyewear.
- Explain product features, pricing, and promotions clearly, with support from licensed staff when needed.
- Confidently follow up on enquiries, close sales, and achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Suggest additional pairs and suitable products based on customer needs.
- Answer phone calls, book eye exam appointments, and explain clinic fees using established guidelines.
- Assist with order entry, insurance paperwork, pickup reminders, and customer follow-ups.
- Keep frame displays attractive and inventory organized.
- Refer prescription, fitting, dispensing, and clinical questions to the appropriate licensed skilled.




- Work scheduled shifts at both Maple and Vaughan locations. Who We’re Looking For
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- At least 1 year of optical sales experience preferred.
- Candidates with strong retail sales experience in fashion, jewellery, beauty, or similar customer-focused environments are also welcome.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence recommending products, handling questions, and closing sales.
- A reliable, organized approach and positive team attitude.
