Job Overview As a Host/Hostess, you’ll welcome guests, coordinate seating, and help create a smooth, hospitable dining experience. You’ll communicate clearly with guests and colleagues, manage reservations and wait times, and support the flow of service. Your welcoming approach helps guests feel cared for and enables the restaurant team to serve them efficiently. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, manage arrivals, and provide attentive guest services throughout the visit.
- Coordinate seating and waitlists, answer calls with skilled phone etiquette, and share accurate updates with guests.
- Use POS systems to support reservations, seating, and service coordination; follow established procedures when using Micros POS.




- Work closely with serving and food service teams to keep service organized and respond to guest needs. Experience Required: Clear communication, customer service, hospitality, and professional phone etiquette are essential for welcoming guests, coordinating service, and supporting colleagues. Comfort using POS systems helps maintain accurate, efficient operations. Preferred: Food service, serving, restaurant, or hotel experience can strengthen your ability to anticipate guest needs and contribute confidently in a busy hospitality setting. Pay: $17.80-$17.90 per hour
