Overview The Evening/closer associate supports customers and completes essential retail tasks during evening closing hours. This role combines customer service, sales, cashiering, and merchandising to help keep the store organized and ready for the next day. Duties
- Assist customers, communicate clearly in English, answer questions by phone, and recommend products through attentive service and appropriate upselling.
- Demonstrate products and support technology sales, using product knowledge to help customers compare options and make informed choices.
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, handle cash accurately, and use basic math when completing sales.
- Maintain merchandising standards, organize work efficiently, and manage time effectively while completing closing tasks. Your impact:

Qualifications Required: Transparent communication, customer service, retail sales, basic math, cashiering, cash handling, POS skills, time management, organizational skills, and professional phone etiquette support dependable service and accurate closing duties. Preferred: Bilingual or multilingual communication, technology sales, product demonstrations, and technical sales experience can help you serve a wider range of customers and recommend suitable solutions.
