We're getting ready to move into a new restaurant location, and we're looking for motivated Line Cooks to join our growing kitchen team. About the Role
We're looking for reliable, hardworking cooks who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in preparing great food. You'll work alongside our kitchen team to prepare ingredients, cook menu items, maintain food quality, and help keep service running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items following Gnar Burger recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
- Organize daily food preparation, mise en place, and kitchen stations.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining food quality and consistency.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked workstations.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage procedures.
- Assist with receiving deliveries, stock rotation, and ingredient preparation.
- Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and the front-of-house team.
- Support teammates with daily kitchen tasks as needed.



Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a restaurant kitchen preferred.
- Basic understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- FOODSAFE Level 1 certification or willingness to obtain it.
