Ramen Misoya Edmonton is looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Front of House (FOH) Servers to join our team. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality, provide excellent customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate is attentive, responsible, proactive, and committed to creating a welcoming Japanese dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, provide menu recommendations, and ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
- Food & Beverage Sales: Actively recommend appetizers, drinks, additional toppings, and other menu items to improve guest satisfaction and sales.
- Table Service: Monitor tables, refill beverages, clear dishes, and anticipate customer needs without being asked.
- Menu Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our ramen, ingredients, allergens, and menu modifications.
- POS & Payments: Accurately process orders, payments, discounts, and transactions using the POS system.
- Takeout & Delivery: Prepare and verify takeout orders, coordinate with delivery drivers, and ensure order accuracy.
- Cleanliness: Maintain dining areas, service stations, washrooms, and restaurant cleanliness throughout shifts.
- Teamwork: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other servers to maintain smooth operations.
- Problem Solving:



Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly communicate issues to management.
- Daily Operations: Complete assigned opening, closing, restocking, and cleaning duties according to restaurant standards. Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods.
- Willingness to learn the menu and follow service standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- ProServe certification required for employees serving alcohol in Alberta. What We're Looking For We value employees who take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do. Our servers should be attentive to guests, confident in recommending menu items, maintain a clean working environment, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Our goal is to provide authentic Japanese hospitality through friendly service, consistent standards, and attention to detail. Pay: $15.00 per hour
