You are required to have a driver's license and the ability to drive to scheduled client appointments. You should be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional customer service. As a Residential House Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' homes are cleaned to the highest standards, exceeding their expectations with every visit.

Responsibilities:

· Perform thorough cleaning of assigned residential properties according to established standards and procedures.
· Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and scrub surfaces in all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
· Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs.
· Wipe down and disinfect kitchen surfaces, including countertops, appliances, and cabinets.
· Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
· Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.




· Address any client concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
· Uphold company standards for quality, reliability, and professionalism at all times. Flexible schedule: We are looking to fill part-time roles. For residential cleaning the hours per week will range from 10 to 30. Ideally, you are able to commit to a regular schedule, for example, 8am to noon Mon to Friday or all day on Mon, Wed, Friday. The commercial cleaning is on weekdays, initially Mon, Wed, and Thursday with a minimum of 10 hrs per week.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a residential house cleaner, or office cleaner or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
· Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
· Reliable transportation to travel to and from cleaning assignments. Preferred if you have a vehicle.
· Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
· Willingness to undergo background checks, if necessary. Preferred
