Overview The Host/Hostess creates a welcoming first impression and helps guests navigate their visit. This guest services role calls for warm hospitality, transparent communication, and attentive customer service while supporting smooth restaurant or hotel operations. Duties
- Welcome guests, manage arrivals and seating, and communicate wait times with courtesy and confidence.
- Answer calls using professional phone etiquette, respond to guest questions, and share accurate information with the team.
- Coordinate with serving and food service staff to support timely seating and a comfortable guest experience.
- Use POS systems, including Micros POS where applicable, to support reservations, seating, or service workflows.

Pay: $17.60-$31.73 per hour Work
