Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest services, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and protected environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer interactions. Responsibilities
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring efficient transaction processing and cash handling
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including basic cooking, plating, and portioning
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment through proper sanitation procedures
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing customer inquiries, upselling menu items, and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and order fulfillment
- Handle cash register operations,



including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for transactions
- Follow all food handling protocols to ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times
- Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Experience in food preparation, serving, cashiering, or hospitality roles is preferred
