We are looking to hire a Finance Business Analyst to help modernize how our finance function reports, plans, and makes decisions. The role partners with finance leadership and the IT and digital teams to move the organization away from manual, reactive reporting toward automated reporting and forward-looking analysis. You will act as the finance lead on a major ERP upgrade, redesign how financial data moves through the business, and build the data standards and reporting models that management relies on.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting, including at least 2 years focused on system implementations, process improvement, or project work inside a finance function
- Hands-on experience as a finance lead or key contributor on an ERP implementation or major ERP upgrade
- Solid reporting and BI skills, including tools such as OneStream and Tableau
- Solid understanding of financial data structures, data governance, and building a single,



trusted source of financial reporting
- Experience with project delivery methods, including Agile, and comfort running workshops with business users
- Ability to support change management: training end users and driving adoption of new tools and processes
- CPA or CFA designation is an asset
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification is highly valued
- Able to challenge existing processes diplomatically and influence stakeholders who are resistant to change
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong communication skills, able to work between technical teams and finance end users Pay: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year Work
