Overview The Night Auditor supports smooth overnight hotel operations by balancing guest service with accurate end-of-day records. This front desk role helps maintain a welcoming, organized environment throughout the night and prepares useful updates for the incoming team. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and respond to requests with professional phone etiquette and attentive customer service.
- Review and reconcile daily transactions, prepare routine reports, and maintain accurate records in hotel systems.
- Monitor the front desk overnight, coordinate guest services, and share relevant updates with colleagues.

Requirements Required: Explicit communication, customer service, phone etiquette, accurate recordkeeping, and basic computer skills support dependable overnight front desk duties. Preferred: Hotel experience, familiarity with multi-line phone systems, and guest services or hospitality experience are helpful; bilingual or multilingual communication can help serve a wider range of guests. Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
