Overview As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll support customers throughout their shopping experience, answer product questions, and help them choose suitable options. You’ll contribute to an organized, welcoming sales floor and provide helpful service in person and by phone. Responsibilities
- Assist customers, communicate product information clearly, and use active listening to understand their needs.
- Demonstrate products, recommend relevant options, and use appropriate upselling to support informed purchases.
- Maintain merchandising displays, process transactions through POS systems, and handle cash accurately.

Strong communication, customer service, sales, time management, organizational skills, basic math, and accurate cash handling support daily customer interactions and transactions. English proficiency and comfort with POS systems and cashiering are useful for serving customers and completing purchases. Preferred: Retail sales or technical sales experience, including technology sales and product demonstrations, is advantageous.
