Job Description
Jack’s Pancake Factory is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Breakfast Server to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, provides excellent customer service, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and committed to creating a welcoming dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and inform customers about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure orders are accurate.
- Check on guests throughout their meals to ensure satisfaction.
- Respond to customer questions, requests, and concerns professionally.
- Process payments accurately using cash, debit, and credit payment methods.
- Prepare tables, maintain clean dining areas, and keep service stations organized.
- Refill coffee, water, and other beverages as required.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant cleanliness standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking supplies.
- Work efficiently during busy breakfast periods, weekends, and holidays.




- Support team members as needed to maintain productive restaurant operations. Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous serving experience is preferred; breakfast restaurant experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders and processing payments.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and a robust work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn the menu and follow restaurant procedures.
- Availability for morning shifts, weekends, and holidays is preferred. Work Environment
