We believe shopping for a bed should be relaxing, transparent, and completely pressure-free. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sleep Expert to join our showroom team. What You’ll Do
· Guide Guests to Better Sleep: Provide consultative, one-on-one recommendations based on individual sleep needs, sleeping positions, and comfort preferences.
· Demonstrate Product Expertise: Confidently explain features, materials, and health benefits across our selection of mattresses, adjustable bases, pillows, and accessories.
· Drive Sales Results: Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall store performance through thoughtful upselling and add-on sleep accessories.
· Deliver an Exceptional Showroom

Experience:
Welcome every guest warmly, walk them comfortably through product rest-tests, and answer questions without high-pressure tactics.
· Maintain Showroom Standards: Ensure bed displays, price tags, and promotional signage are tidy and organized, while assisting with light daily store upkeep (vacuuming, dusting, and keeping common areas clean and welcoming).




· Process Transactions Accurately: Handle point-of-sale (POS) checkout, financing applications, delivery scheduling, and basic customer follow-up calls.
· Stay Informed: Keep current with new product launches, warranty details, store promotions, and sleep technology. What We’re Looking For
· 1+ years of retail sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
· Strong interpersonal communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
· A consultative mindset—focused on listening and problem-solving rather than hard-selling.
· Basic computer literacy for processing orders and inventory lookup in our POS system.
· Availability to work flexible part-time hours, including peak retail times (Saturdays and Sundays).
· *Retail or furniture sales experience is an asset, but we will fully train the right personality.
