Position Overview Spark by Hilton Owen Sound is looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for setting up and maintaining our complimentary continental breakfast area, ensuring guests have a clean, welcoming space and a good selection of breakfast items throughout breakfast service.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up the continental breakfast area each morning.
- Arrange and display breakfast items in an attractive and organized manner.
- Monitor and replenish breakfast food items throughout service to ensure supplies are readily available.
- Maintain coffee, tea, juice, and other beverage stations, ensuring they remain stocked and clean.
- Keep tables, counters, serving areas, and the breakfast space clean and tidy throughout service.
- Monitor breakfast supplies and notify management when items need replenishing.
- Clear tables and maintain a welcoming environment for guests.
- Clean and sanitize the breakfast area, tables, counters, and equipment after breakfast service.




- Complete general cleanup and ensure the breakfast area is ready for the next day.
- Provide friendly and courteous service to hotel guests. Qualifications & Skills
- Friendly, positive attitude and good customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Organized and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with light physical duties, including standing, lifting, and restocking supplies.
- Attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
