Salon Manager/Hairstylist Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced, talented, and organized Hairstylist & Salon Operations Manager to lead our team and drive daily salon success. In this hybrid role, you will spend time both behind the chair delivering exceptional styling and threading services, and overseeing front-line operations, staff scheduling, and daily salon workflows.

Key Responsibilities
1. Salon Management & Operations
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the salon staff, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.
- Scheduling & Workflow: Handle staff scheduling, coordinate daily operations, and ensure smooth, efficient client flow during peak hours.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety protocols across the salon. 2. Hairstyling & Technical Services
- Hair Services: Provide expert-level haircuts, styling, treatments, and exceptional hair coloring services (balayage, highlights, custom color corrections, etc.).
- Threading: Perform precise threading services (eyebrows, facial threading)



as part of our core service offerings.
- Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their needs, recommend personalized looks, and ensure complete satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills

Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience working as a hairstylist.
- Management

Experience:
Proven track record of working as a salon manager, with individual responsibility for team supervision, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.
- Technical Expertise: Exceptional hair coloring skills and mandatory proficiency in threading.
- Robust leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A client-first attitude with a passion for the beauty industry. Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
