Overview As a Dining Room Counter CSR and Server, you’ll welcome guests, take orders, serve food, and process transactions. You’ll help create a clean, organized dining experience while supporting smooth service for guests and coworkers. Responsibilities
- Greet guests, answer questions, take accurate orders, and provide attentive customer service at the counter and dining room.
- Follow food handling and food safety practices, and maintain clean, sanitary work areas.
- Use POS systems to enter orders and process payments; handle cash, make change, and apply basic math accurately.
- Manage time during busy periods, coordinate with kitchen and service coworkers, and suggest relevant items to guests.
- Your impact: Accurate, friendly service helps guests enjoy their meals and keeps the team moving efficiently. Experience Required: Practical customer service, serving, protected food handling, sanitation, cashiering, cash handling, basic math, and time management capabilities support dependable daily service. Preferred: Familiarity with POS systems, and confidence with thoughtful upselling. Pay: $17.95-$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week Work
