About the Role
We're looking for reliable, outgoing team members who enjoy providing great customer service and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role involves taking customer orders, processing payments, assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining clean and organized dining areas, and helping ensure smooth daily restaurant operations. You'll work closely with the kitchen team and management to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure every customer has a great experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system.
- Process payments and handle customer transactions.
- Serve food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly.
- Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas.
- Assist with cleaning, restocking, and daily opening and closing duties.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely orders.
- Answer customer questions about menu items, ingredients,



and dietary options.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and positively.
- Support teammates during busy service periods. Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with POS systems and processing payments.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn about our menu and service standards.
- Serving It Right certification or willingness to obtain it before serving alcohol.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
