Kids Play Center is looking for an energetic, creative, and organized Party Coordinator to manage birthday parties and special events at our indoor kids play centre. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children and families, has an eye for presentation, and can create fun and memorable party experiences. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and host birthday parties and special events.
- Host birthday parties on the day of the event assisting guests party check-ins and all.
- Communicate with parents regarding party arrangements and special requests.
- Set up party rooms, decorations, tables, and supplies.
- Create and arrange balloon decorations and party setups.
- Coordinate party schedules, activities, food service, and transitions.
- Ensure parties run smoothly and stay on schedule.
- Assist with food and beverage preparation and serving.
- Maintain cleanliness of party rooms and dining areas before and after events.




- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with customer service, food service, and operations teams.
- Assist with cleanup and resetting party rooms for upcoming bookings.
- Other tasks as assigned. What we are looking for
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience or ability to create balloon decorations and party setups.
- Robust organizational and multitasking skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Must be available to work weekends as well as availability to work holidays and during peak event periods is required.
- All roles needs to be comfortable with cleaning up bodily fluids incluing but not limited to pee, poo, vomit, blood Pay: From $18.25 per hour Work
