Overview The Licensed Auto Mechanic performs automotive repair and maintenance, using mechanical knowledge and appropriate tools to diagnose issues, complete repairs, and assemble components. This hands-on role supports dependable vehicle performance and a positive customer experience. Duties
- Inspect vehicles, interpret schematics, identify mechanical concerns, and determine suitable repair or maintenance work.
- Complete automotive repairs and routine maintenance using hand tools and power tools; weld or assemble components when needed.
- Handle heavy lifting safely, keep work areas organized, and communicate repair progress and findings clearly.
- Provide courteous customer service and coordinate with colleagues to keep repairs accurate and moving efficiently. Experience Required: Practical mechanical knowledge, safe use of hand and power tools,



and the ability to perform automotive repair, maintenance, assembly, and heavy lifting are key for completing shop duties. Reading schematics and communicating clearly with customers and colleagues support accurate, dependable work. Preferred: Mechanic experience, dealership experience, and welding skills are valuable strengths that can help you contribute across a range of repairs. Your impact: Careful diagnostics and clear updates help customers make informed decisions and help colleagues coordinate timely service. Pay: $1,100.00-$1,300.00 per week
