Horizon Vein & Cosmetic is looking for a warm, detail-oriented Clinical & Procedural Assistant to join our team. This position blends patient care, hands-on treatment assistance, and medical office administration in a clinic offering medical aesthetics and vein treatments. - Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their visit.
- Prepare patients, treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies for procedures.
- Assist our medical provider with treatments, including Botox for excessive sweating and cosmetic sclerotherapy for spider veins.
- Support documentation, patient instructions, and follow-up communication as directed by the treating provider.
- Help with scheduling, phone calls, patient inquiries, and other medical office tasks.
- Maintain infection prevention standards, organize supplies, and keep the clinic running smoothly.
- Depending on current registration, training, demonstrated competence, and applicable regulatory requirements, there may be opportunities to perform selected treatments under appropriate orders and supervision. Who would thrive here You’re personable,

You enjoy learning, have excellent attention to detail, and take pride in helping patients have a positive experience. Previous nursing education or experience is an asset. We welcome applications from people who have retired from nursing or stepped away from practice and are interested in an assistant position. Applicants with current RN or LPN registration are also welcome; clinical responsibilities will reflect each person’s qualifications and authorization.
