Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager and crew members to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting store operations, leading sales initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting with daily operations, supervising staff, and implementing strategies to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth functioning.
- Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve retail sales targets through effective coaching and team management.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff members.
- Manage payroll processing, scheduling, and administrative tasks including bookkeeping and inventory management.
- Handle merchandising, pricing strategies, and POS transactions to optimize sales performance.
- Supervise cashiering activities, cash handling, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff development and performance improvement.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase store visibility.




- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support budgeting efforts and assist in purchasing decisions to maximize profitability.
- Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in POS systems, merchandising software, and basic bookkeeping tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in recruiting, training & development, sales management, and marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, customer service excellence, and team supervision.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, budgeting, pricing strategies, and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
