- Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, sauces, and proteins
- Cook and assemble menu items according to restaurant standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety guidelines
- Assist with dishwashing and general cleaning duties
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
- Work with the team to maintain smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
- Report any equipment or safety issues to the supervisor
