- Role : Data Annotation Coordinator (Remote)

Overview We are recruiting contributors for AI projects that require coordination of annotation workflow and task records. You will track assigned work, maintain clear handoffs and identify items that need project guidance.

Key Responsibilities

- Track annotation tasks through the assigned workflow stages.
- Maintain accurate records of task status, handoffs and follow-up items.
- Check that annotation instructions and task details are available to contributors.
- Flag blocked or ambiguous tasks for the designated project contact.
- Summarize workflow updates in the required format.



Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate in English.
- Ability to organize task status, handoffs and follow-up actions.
- Ability to communicate clear written updates about annotation workflow.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home-working setup.
