The CNC Machinist is responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision metal parts according to detailed specifications. This role involves interpreting technical blueprints, setting up machines, and performing quality checks to ensure parts meet required tolerances. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC programming, machine operation, and be skilled in troubleshooting and performing minor maintenance on the equipment. Duties Set up and operate CNC machines such as milling machines, grinders and wire to perform exact machining operations. Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, or CAD models to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished parts. Execute CNC program to get finish part according to drawing.



Select and install cutting tools, fixtures, and attachments appropriate for each job. Inspect finished workpieces to ensure they meet quality standards, using precision measuring tools such as Calipers, Micrometers, Gauge blocks and Gauge pins. Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning, adjusting feeds, speeds, or tool paths as necessary. Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools, ensuring they remain in good working condition. Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour Work
