Customer Service Representative – Entry-Level (Full-Time) Job Overview The Customer Service Representative – Entry-Level (Full-Time) supports customers by providing clear, courteous, and timely assistance with routine inquiries. This role combines customer service, accurate data entry, and qualified phone etiquette to help address questions, maintain reliable records, and deliver positive customer experiences. Duties
- Respond to customer questions, listen carefully, and communicate information clearly and professionally.
- Enter and update customer details accurately, review information, and identify issues or follow-up needs.
- Explain relevant products or services and provide helpful recommendations based on customer needs.
- Use professional phone etiquette and respectful communication when coordinating with customers and colleagues.
- Support appropriate sales activities and occasional upselling when relevant to customer needs.
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers when bilingual communication skills are available. Qualifications Required:
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.




- Customer service skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Accurate data entry and basic computer skills.
- Basic analytical skills to review information and follow established procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. Preferred:
- Spanish-English bilingual or multilingual communication skills.
- Previous customer service, administrative, or sales experience.
- Confidence making appropriate product or service recommendations. Teamwork & Customer Satisfaction Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain organized records, share relevant information, and ensure customer inquiries receive appropriate follow-up. Contribute to a supportive team environment by communicating respectfully, providing reliable assistance, and helping create a consistent, positive customer experience. Pay: $41,800.00-$58,300.00 per year
