Overview As a Cafe Cashier, you’ll welcome guests, process orders and payments, and support smooth service in a cafe setting. You’ll work with the team to keep transactions accurate, service friendly, and the dining area ready for guests. Duties
- Greet customers, answer questions about menu items, take orders, and use POS or Micros POS systems to process transactions.
- Handle cash and other payments accurately, apply basic math, and balance speed with careful attention during busy periods.
- Support food preparation, serving, and food handling while following food safety and sanitation practices.
- Keep counters and work areas clean, manage time effectively, and communicate order details to kitchen and service colleagues. Experience Required: Practical cashiering, customer service,

Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, serving, or kitchen experience; familiarity with POS or Micros POS, food preparation, sanitation, food safety, and upselling can strengthen your contribution.
