Job Summary 428S Technology & Digital Business Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead technology projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative digital solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT project management, software development, digital transformation, and technology implementation. This role requires excellent leadership, technical understanding, and project delivery skills to ensure successful execution within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

What You'll Do

- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver IT projects from initiation through completion.
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and technical deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams involving software developers, IT engineers, business analysts, and external vendors.
- Oversee software implementation, cloud migration, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop detailed project plans, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation strategies.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings, project updates, and executive-level reporting.
- Identify project risks, technical challenges, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships, technology contracts, and third-party service providers.
- Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and security expectations.




- Monitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and post-deployment reviews.
- Support change management, user adoption, and continuous process improvement.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, budgets, status reports, and implementation records. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, technology delivery, or digital transformation.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex IT projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Experience with software development lifecycles, cloud platforms, enterprise systems, or IT infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Asana, or similar project management tools.
- Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, ERP, CRM, or enterprise technology environments.
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, risk management, resource planning,



and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing external vendors, implementation partners, and technology service providers.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster, or Agile certification preferred.
