Job Summary Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, helping create a smooth, inviting restaurant experience from arrival through seating. The Host/Hostess coordinates guest flow, communicates with the service team, and supports attentive hospitality in a busy food service setting. Duties
- Greet guests, manage reservations and wait lists, and provide explicit updates about seating.
- Answer incoming calls with polished phone etiquette and respond to guest questions courteously.
- Coordinate seating with servers and colleagues, considering table availability and service flow.
- Use POS or Micros POS tools as needed to support guest service and accurate communication.
