Job Overview Salon Receptionist & Social Media Promoter Role Overview: We are looking for a friendly, organized, and creative individual to act as the welcoming face of our salon while also driving our online presence. In this dual role, you will manage front-desk operations, ensure a clean and inviting environment for our clients, and create engaging social media content (especially Reels) to promote our services and run targeted online ads.

Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Client Care
- Client Management: Greet clients warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a seamless salon experience.
- Phone & Scheduling: Answer incoming phone calls, handle appointment bookings, and address client inquiries professionally.
- Salon Maintenance: Help with basic salon cleaning, organization, and upkeep to maintain a pristine environment. 2. Social Media & Content Creation
- Reels & Visuals: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) showcasing salon transformations, services, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Brand Growth: Maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms to build community engagement and attract new clients. 3. Digital Advertising & Online Portals




- Ad Management: Help set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google, and other relevant online portals.
- Performance Tracking: Track basic ad metrics and report on what’s driving bookings to maximize our marketing return on investment. Qualifications & Skills

Experience:
Previous hands-on experience in social media promoting and content creation will be given priority.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to create trendy short-form video content (specifically Reels).
- Basic understanding of or willingness to learn digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a quick-paced salon environment.
- A proactive attitude toward keeping the salon clean and welcoming. Pay: $17.60-$35.24 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
