Part Time Receptionist
- Physiotherapy Dundas 427 Physiotherapy is a well established multidisciplinary clinic located in Mississauga, ON (Dundas St E & HWY 427). Our clinic nurtures a positive and supportive environment. As we grow, we are looking for an experienced Part-Time Receptionist to join our growing team of multidisciplinary professionals.

- High School Diploma; Diploma / Certificate in Medical Office Administration
- Experience with Jane App
- Previous experience as a Receptionist in a physiotherapy clinic
- Experience with EHC billing is required
- Detail oriented, reliable and committed to providing outstanding patient care
- Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently




- Complete reception tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist patients with initial paperwork, verify insurance coverage and eligibility
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, submit claims to insurance companies
- Maintain equipment and ensure the therapy area is clean and organized
- Day, evening and weekend availability (Sundays) Join our team to deliver outstanding patient service while supporting the efficient operation of our physiotherapy clinic through your expertise and professionalism Pay: $18.00 per hour
