WE'RE HIRING ELECTRONICS REPAIR TECHNICIAN / ASSISTANT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY Valley Phone Repair — Woodstock, NB Valley Phone Repair is seeking an experienced, motivated individual to join our team in a permanent part-time position. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, takes pride in quality workmanship, and understands the importance of excellent customer service. For the right candidate, this position offers an opportunity to take on additional responsibilities in an Assistant Manager capacity.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, computers, and gaming consoles.
- Perform screen, battery, charging port, and other component replacements.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Provide professional customer service, repair estimates, and technical advice.
- Maintain accurate repair tickets and service records.
- Process customer transactions and assist with device and accessory sales.
- Manage repair workflow and prioritize incoming repairs.
- Assist with inventory management and daily shop operations.
- Independently manage shop operations during assigned shifts. What we're looking for:
- Previous electronics repair experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Reliability, initiative, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.



Additional experience considered an asset:
- Microsoldering and board-level diagnostics.
- Apple and Samsung device repairs.
- Computer and gaming console repairs.
- Retail management or supervisory experience.
- Experience with repair management and point-of-sale software. Position Details:
- Permanent part time position.
- Initially approximately 20 hours per week, with potential to increase to approximately 26 hours.
- Tuesday through Saturday schedule.
- Primarily afternoon/evening shifts during the week, plus Saturdays.
- Opportunity for increased responsibilities and advancement into an Assistant Manager role.
