Job Overview As a Barista (Flexible schedule), prepare and serve food and beverages while creating a welcoming, effective customer experience. Flexible scheduling offers the opportunity to contribute across service periods and support a smooth-running team. Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items, following food-handling and food-safety practices.
- Welcome customers, take orders, process transactions using POS systems, and handle cash accurately.
- Keep the service area clean, organized, and ready for food preparation and service.
- Coordinate with colleagues to manage orders and maintain timely service. Your impact: Friendly, accurate service helps customers enjoy their visit and enables colleagues to keep service moving.



Requirements Required: Clear customer service and communication, basic math, time management, accurate cashiering and cash handling, and the ability to prepare and serve food safely are practical capabilities for this role. Preferred: Barista experience, food service or food industry experience, familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS, and strengths in serving, food preparation, and food safety are advantageous. Pay: From $18.50 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 per week Work
