Job Overview The Construction Project Coordinator supports project planning, documentation, estimating, and coordination from start to completion. This role helps keep project information organized, schedules visible, and teams aligned as work progresses. Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, documentation, and updates with project managers, field teams, and other stakeholders.
- Review blueprints and schematics, organize project records, and support construction estimating and planning.
- Use construction management software and tools to track information and support project workflows.
- Monitor timelines, follow up on action items, and communicate changes so teams can address needs promptly.

- Bellamy Custom Homes is looking for a Construction Project Coordinator to support our custom home and renovation projects in Guelph and surrounding communities. Behind every beautiful build is a team keeping the details on track. You’ll help organize project files, coordinate schedules and follow-ups,



and communicate with clients, trades and suppliers. If you’re organized, proactive and take pride in the details, we’d love to hear from you. Construction administration experience is an asset. Your impact: Clear, current project information helps colleagues coordinate work and make timely decisions. Qualifications Required: Practical project management, time management, blueprint reading, and schematics skills support effective coordination, accurate documentation, and schedule follow-through. Preferred: Construction experience, construction estimating, and familiarity with construction management software—including Buildertrend, Buildium, Square Takeoff help you contribute confidently to project planning and team workflows. Pay: From $23.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
