Job Summary The Security Guard helps maintain a protected, orderly environment through attentive observation, visible presence, and timely response to concerns. This role uses surveillance and loss prevention practices to help protect people and property while supporting a welcoming experience for visitors and colleagues. Duties
- Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and observe activity for safety or security concerns.
- Use CCTV and other surveillance tools to identify unusual activity and follow established procedures when concerns arise.
- Respond calmly to incidents, communicate relevant information, and escalate situations to appropriate personnel.
- Document observations and incidents accurately, and support loss prevention through consistent attention to site activity.



Skills Required: Clear communication, sound observation, patience, accurate recordkeeping, and basic computer skills support effective monitoring, incident reporting, and coordination with colleagues. Your impact: Timely, accurate observations help colleagues respond to concerns and keep the environment safer for everyone. Preferred: Familiarity with law enforcement, surveillance, loss prevention, or CCTV can strengthen your ability to recognize risks and contribute to consistent security practices. Pay: $17.00-$17.20 per hour Work
