Skin Revive, a physician-led medical aesthetics clinic in Brantford, is seeking a skilled, motivated, and patient-focused Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven professional who is passionate about advanced aesthetic treatments, exceptional patient care, and contributing to clinic growth. Our clinic offers advanced technologies, including Cynosure Elite iQ, Potenza RF Microneedling, Lutronic UltraMD, and Healite II LED Therapy.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including medical facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
- Conduct skin consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and educate patients on treatment options and skincare.
- Perform or assist with laser and energy-based treatments following appropriate training and clinic protocols.
- Build strong patient relationships, encourage rebooking, and support patient retention.
- Recommend treatment packages and medical-grade skincare products through ethical, consultative sales.
- Actively contribute to clinic growth through patient engagement, follow-ups, and promotional initiatives.
- Assist with social media content creation, marketing campaigns, and community outreach.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment photography, infection control, and clinical standards. Qualifications




- Medical Aesthetician diploma or equivalent certification.
- Experience performing advanced aesthetic treatments.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, skin physiology, and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable discussing treatments, pricing, and skincare recommendations.
- Experience with laser treatments, RF microneedling, or energy-based devices is a strong asset.
- Experience in skincare sales, patient consultations, or social media marketing is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and participate in ongoing training.
