VIREC is AI-native real estate intelligence for Canada and the US. Our AI agents find properties and their owners, built on registry data for every parcel. We’re hiring one person to own how customers find us: Google Ads, SEO in English and French, and getting cited when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google “who owns this building?” What you’ll do
- Run Google Ads that turn property searches into signups, and signups into paid plans
- Build SEO pages from our parcel and owner data, at scale, in English and French
- Get VIREC cited in AI answers, and measure it
- Track every step in GA4, from first click to paid plan, then put budget behind what works
- Build AI workflows that do in an afternoon what used to take a sprint You have
- 3+ years running Google Ads and SEO yourself, with numbers you can show
- Fluency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- At least one AI workflow you built and use
- Professional French and English (our customers are in Québec, across Canada and in the US)
- Willingness to work in office in our downtown Montréal office




- Full focus. This is a one-company role, so if you run your own products, tell us how you’d handle them. Bonus
- Real estate, proptech or B2B SaaS experience
- SEO pages you’ve built from data at scale
