- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience while increasing sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and openTable reservations with precision and integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations
- Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns swiftly,



and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
- Solid knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a genuine approach to guest service
- Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for better understanding of food preparation processes
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters guest loyalty
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing
- Experience with reservation systems like OpenTable is advantageous
- Knowledge of the food industry trends including nightlife or nightclub environments is beneficial
