Job Overview As a Server / Floor Associate, you’ll support smooth restaurant service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and coordinating with the team. You’ll help create a clean, attentive dining experience while keeping service organized during busy periods. Duties
- Greet guests, answer questions, take orders, and provide friendly customer service throughout their visit.
- Present the menu, describe dishes and make informed recommendations
- Enter orders accurately using POS or Micros POS, process payments, and handle cash with care.
- Serve food and beverages, communicate requests to kitchen colleagues, and assist with basic food preparation as needed.
- Follow food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices; maintain tidy dining and service areas.
- Help with takeout orders and support colleagues
- Use time management, basic math, and thoughtful upselling to support productive service and guest needs. Qualifications Required: Clear communication, customer service, basic math, time management, careful cash handling, and the ability to follow food safety and sanitation practices are practical capabilities for serving guests and completing orders accurately. Preferred:



Food service, restaurant, hospitality, guest services, serving, cashiering, food preparation, kitchen, or broader food industry experience, along with familiarity with POS or Micros POS, can help you contribute confidently. - Strong willingness to learn and a professional attitude
- Effective verbal communication skills in English (Urdu, Hindi or Punjabi is an asset)
- Dependable, punctual and team-oriented

- Able to stand and move for long periods
