Job Summary Delpont Business Consulting & Human Resources Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations, lead talent management initiatives, and develop effective workforce strategies that support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in employee relations, recruitment, HR compliance, performance management, and organizational development. This position offers an opportunity to lead HR programs, advise management, improve employee engagement, and implement effective human resources policies and practices.

What You'll Do

- Manage daily human resources operations, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
- Manage employee relations, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Alberta employment standards, occupational health and safety requirements, and privacy legislation.
- Develop performance management, employee engagement, and retention programs.
- Advise leadership on HR policies, employment matters, and organizational development.
- Coordinate compensation reviews, employee benefits administration, and HR budgeting.
- Lead training, career development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HR information systems.
- Develop HR reports, workforce analytics, and key performance indicators.
- Support organizational change management and workplace culture initiatives.
- Collaborate with department managers to address staffing and operational needs.
- Improve HR processes through technology, automation, and continuous improvement. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience,



including management or supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of Alberta employment legislation, workplace policies, and HR compliance.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and organizational development.
- Experience managing HR teams, projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office, and HR reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of compensation, benefits administration, and workforce planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information and sensitive employee matters professionally.
- Experience with HR analytics, process improvement, and change management.
- Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation is preferred.
