job description

We are excited to welcome a kind, values-aligned therapist to our team of 16+ clinicians currently working with children, teens, and adults. If you are someone who prefers to focus on clinical work and client relationships rather than the operational demands of running a business, this role may be well suited to you. You’ll be supported by a thoughtful, behind-the-scenes team so you can stay grounded in client care. This is primarily an in-person role, at our Point Edward office. Experience working with children and/or youth is considered an asset. An evening and weekend shift is necessary to meet client needs. We are actively looking for someone to begin as soon as possible, with a target of 15-18+ client hours per week. We invite you to reach out to inquire about office hours availability, as rooms are becoming more limited. Evening and weekend time-block required. Addition Service Offering & Revenue Stream Opportunity: By joining, you’ll have the opportunity to become trained in our Signature Neurofeedback Program, including neurofeedback systems, tracking forms, intake packages and one-to-one training on clinical application and use. Therapists who complete an external two-day certification program and then welcome to integrate this brain-based modality into their work to support clients in nervous system regulation, resilience, and stress management.
