Coordinate customer-facing receivables and month-end reporting for Alpine Aerotech, an accredited Airbus and Leonardo Service Center.

This Accounts Receivable Specialist supports accurate, timely financial processing and reporting while working closely with customers and internal teams. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will resolve inquiries, maintain financial records, prepare forecasts, and support month-end closing. General administrative duties and Finance coverage are also part of the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with customers, salespeople, and managers
- Provide information and resolve accounts receivable issues
- Complete month-end closing procedures and analyses
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports




- Cross-train and provide coverage across Finance positions

Requirements:

- Preferred experience in accounts receivable or similar finance work
- One or more years of relevant experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Professionalism and sound judgment handling sensitive information
