This hands-on coordinator connects Preschool, Elementary, Middle School, High School, Hifz, Sunday Academy, and other programs. You will support leaders with meetings, priorities, shared resources, events, technology, communications, and operational follow-through. The position also serves families and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas, schedules, actions, and follow-ups
- Connect divisions, programs, calendars, spaces, technology, and communications
- Respond to family questions and direct matters appropriately
- Support events, after-school programs, fundraising, and special projects




- Monitor operational concerns, facilities, supplies, and service providers

Requirements:

- Robust leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
