The Consultant, HR Business Partner provides frontline guidance on employee and manager inquiries. You will lead workplace inquiries, mediate conflict, and partner with stakeholders. The work requires inclusive support across diverse employee populations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide counsel for employee and manager HR inquiries
- Lead workplace inquiries arising from employee concerns

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in human resources or related field
- Minimum five years' human resources experience focused on employee relations
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation

- Microsoft Office and HRMS or HCM systems proficiency
